Your Personally Identifiable Information Collected by Jobs2Web on behalf of SAIC

The Jobs2Web Talent Community subscribe form collects certain information you voluntarily choose to share with SAIC, such as your name, email address, and phone number ("Personally Identifiable Information" or "PII").

Cookies

Jobs2web uses cookies on the jobs.saic.com site they host on behalf of SAIC, as discussed in the Jobs2Web Privacy Policy.

Jobs2web uses both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. Jobs2web uses a persistent cookie to store your password, so you don't have to enter it more than once when navigating jobs.saic.com.

If you reject cookies, you may still use jobs.saic.com, but your ability to use some areas of the site, will be limited. For example, you cannot register for the Talent Community to receive future email alerts when jobs of interest to you become available.

Log Files and IP Address

SAIC receives some Log File information from Jobs2web. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data and is used for recruiting purposes only. SAIC uses this information to analyze trends and recruitment analytics related to users that pass through jobs.saic.com.

The Log Files are linked to user IP addresses. IP addresses are tied to personally identifiable information to determine the approximate geographic region of site visitors and measure effectiveness of referring sites.

Use of Your Personally Identifiable Information by SAIC

SAIC may receive or access your Personally Identifiable Information from Jobs2Web's Talent Community CRM and Analytics Tracking services. This Personally Identifiable Information is used only for recuiting purposes. Jobs2Web's use of Personally Identifiable Information is covered in the Jobs2Web Privacy Policy. Note that SAIC cannot prevent Jobs2web from contacting you directly puruant to their policy.

Opt-Out

You may elect not to receive future communications from SAIC. If you are a registered Jobs2web User, please open the email you received from Jobs2Web and click on the unsubscribe link. If you prefer to have your account removed permanently, please email your request to removeme@jobs2web.com. SAIC uses Jobs2web's unsubscribe features to allow SAIC Talent Community to unsubscribe from services. Access to Personally Identifiable Information

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire to be part of SAIC's Talent Community you may correct, amend, or remove your Personally Identifiable Informationby making the change on the Jobs2web Talent Community member information page or you may contact Jobs2Web directly.

Data Retention

SAIC may retain your Talent Community User information permanently or remove it at SAIC's discretion. If you wish to unsubscribe and have SAIC remove your information please refer to the Opt-Out section above.
